Naturally we can help you find accommodation, get to and from the valley and deliver your lift passes, but these are just the essentials. We are also willing and able to help organise every aspect of your visit, from hairdressers to high mountain guides!

Planning a visit to Chamonix can be tricky for those who don’t know the lay of the land and what to look out for. Our experience means that we can put you in the right place without you having to waste hours on internet research!
In addition to our local knowledge, we are also a fully licensed transfer company. This means that we are able to transport you and your guests to and from the airport and around the valley legally and safely and any kind of wheels you fancy, excluding Moon Rover 2 which is parked too far away to reach..

Bronze Concierge package: €360.00*
Pre-booking of any activities and services and restaurants with management and liaison regarding these bookings during your stay in resort for stays up to 10 days length
Silver Concierge package: €600.00*
Activity/restaurant bookings as above with 09:00hrs-18:00hrs on call telephone concierge service for additional requirements for stays up to 10 days length*
Gold Concierge package: €1,800.00*
Your Personal Concierge 24/7 on call
For those who would like more than a simple lift pass booking or restaurant reservation we are delighted to offer a dedicated, personalised and expert concierge service. Your personal concierges will help you plan and tailor the perfect stay before you arrive in resort, and will then manage and host throughout your visit. A detailed itinerary will be produced in PDF and paper form for each member of your group.
Security
In these days of heightened awareness we can provide you with discreet, professional close and local environment protection. Whether on the slopes or in town, our professionals can and will watch your back.
Attendance to your group by our Concierge anytime upon request within the Chamonix Valley for up to 8 hours per day. Additional hours are charged at €100.00 per hour. From midnight until 19:00hrs €200.per hour.
Activity/restaurant bookings as above in addition to 24hr on call concierge service for the duration of your stay (up to 7 days, thereafter an additional €240.00 per day rate applies*
* Charges for all activities and services are at cost with no administration fee or markup. Concierge packages and pre-booked service are payable up front and subject to the providers terms and conditions. All ad-hoc or in resort extras are will be reconciled in a report and invoiced at the end of your stay.
We will ask for your debit or credit card details ahead of time.

We have been in the Chamonix Valley for 17 years and have a fantastic network of winter sports professionals to pick from. Coming to Chamonix and thinking of skiing or snowboarding La Vallée Blanche?
We know who to talk to and which guides are suitable. If you don’t want a private guide, we can book you into a group already planned, just let us know when.
If you want to book any pro’s direct with the best school in the valley please contact us and we can talk you through all the options for ski lessons, children’s ski school, mountain guides and activities.
It is really important in the Chamonix valley to get first hand quality information about the ski areas, off piste terrain and the do’s and don’ts. Concierge And Services
Part of having a successful holiday comes from knowing who to call when you need something done, booked, found, picked up and so on.
We do all of this for you if you are too busy to organise yourself. If you need your fridge filled for your arrival or a car booked or a table booked at a restaurant or night club, just sign up for our Chamonix Concierge to look after you. A one off modest payment means that you will have someone to call whenever you need something during your holiday.

We have a huge network of trusted suppliers including photographers, paraglider pilots, private chefs, nannies, cleaners, gardeners, plumbers, electricians, drivers, dog walkers and so on. Just ask.
