Upstairs is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large deck with lounge furniture. In the middle of the 3 floors there is a spacious kitchen and a large living area, a terrace with dining table, BBQ and a large couch. At the bottom of the luxury villa are another 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to the pool. All 3 floors are accessible by lift. From the large pool terrace with lounge area extends a fantastic sea view, where you can marvel at breathtaking sunset.
The absolute highlight is the direct sea access from the lower garden to a small bay with jetty, by a walk of about 200 meters. Your own boat or yacht could be installed there and the boats agencies can pick you up right in front of your house. Cala Molly beach is also just a 5-minute walk away. The villa is completely alarm-protected and has 2-3 parking spaces.
