The entrance to Villa Alexis is a grand internal atrium. Sight-lines are immediately drawn through the house with focal points towards the epic view. Designed with rectangular volumes this home bathes in natural light with the double heighted ceilings. The whitewashed walls make for an excellent canvas for the owners to exhibit their passion for art. Large wooden antique doors and light bouncing from the polished concrete floors punctuate this stunning home with domestic textures. Simple materials and reclaimed wood are a theme continued in the bedrooms with their tranquil earthy colours create soothing interiors.

San Rafael is a small village located in the center of the island of Ibiza, which is part of the Balearic Islands in Spain. It is known for its beautiful countryside and stunning views of the surrounding hills. The village itself is relatively quiet, with a few bars and restaurants, but it is a popular destination for visitors who want to experience the more laid-back and traditional side of Ibiza.

One of the main attractions of San Rafael is the famous nightclub Amnesia, which is located just outside the village. Amnesia is one of the biggest and most famous nightclubs on the island and attracts thousands of visitors every year with its spectacular parties and world-renowned DJs.

San Rafael is also close to many other popular destinations on the island, such as the beaches of Playa d'en Bossa and Talamanca, as well as the historic town of Ibiza Town, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Villa Alexis has a free-flowing layout that unfurls over two different levels to maximise indoor-outdoor living and enable guests to escape entertaining areas and retreat to private bedroom retreat. All seven bedrooms are en-suite with provisions for extra storage and high end sanitary ware. Each room has direct access to the garden with far-reaching elevated views over the canopy of trees and towards the sea.

Chef service is provided for breakfast and dinner for 6/7 days (shopping costs are extra, as well as possible extra chef service).
