On the ground floor there is a large living space with an open-planned kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwashers, five plate gas cook top oven with grill and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. Adjacent to the living areas are three bedrooms (all with ensuite bathrooms), a small office and a playroom, this can be configured as an extra bedroom.
On the first floor, the master and two double bedrooms are located. The 82 m2 master bedroom with ensuite, dressing room/office and enjoys a large private terrace enjoying the wonderful views. There are two additional double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms. Across the courtyard is a self-contained one bedroom guest house.
