Villa Sunset is a very special & exclusive private villa in one of the best parts of the island, local to the best beaches (Cala Bassa 5 minutes) and clubs (KM5, Amnesia 10 minutes) as well as Ibiza town (20 minutes). The house has been completely refurbished in 2014 to a high standard by her British owners and improved regularly since the major works. The 400sqm house sits inside nearly a hectare of private walled land and has some of the best views in Ibiza and an 15 x 4 meter infinity pool. Large terraces also surround the house and there are approximately 2000 sqm of lawn area for enjoyment.

Automatic coloured LED mood lighting illuminates the main pool at night in multiple colours as well as the surrounding gardens. Automatic water features have been used for visual & acoustic effect to enhance the experience.
