Villa Katrina is arranged across three separate buildings, allowing the property to accommodate six bedrooms while maintaining a high degree of privacy between guest areas. The main residence is distributed over two floors and forms the central hub of the villa. On the ground level, a large open-plan living and dining space connects directly with the kitchen and opens onto the main terrace through wide sliding doors. The master bedroom is also located on this level and includes an en-suite bathroom and direct access to a private terrace overlooking the coastline. Two further bedrooms are positioned on the upper floor of the main house and share a bathroom with elevated views.

Separate from the main residence, two poolside casitas provide additional guest accommodation. Each casita includes a bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and a private terrace furnished with outdoor seating and Balinese-style daybeds. A third independent casita located slightly lower on the grounds includes an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom and its own outdoor space.

The outdoor areas are arranged around a central swimming pool that sits within landscaped gardens. Sun loungers line the pool terrace, while shaded chill-out spaces provide areas for relaxation during the warmer hours of the day. An outdoor dining terrace sits beside the house and offers views across the surrounding hills and coastline, making it a comfortable setting for evening meals.
