On the ground floor, two well-appointed double bedrooms overlook the surrounding landscape and share easy access to a bathroom, while one of these rooms benefits from its own en-suite configuration. These bedrooms are positioned close to the main entrance level, allowing convenient circulation between sleeping and communal spaces.

The two master suites are positioned separately to enhance privacy. One occupies an independent structure at ground level and opens directly onto the pool terrace, allowing guests to step straight outside into the main outdoor living areas. The second master suite is accessed via an external staircase leading to the upper floor, where it benefits from elevated views and its own en-suite bathroom featuring a distinctive polished cement bathtub. The interior living spaces occupy the upper level and are designed around a generous open-plan lounge that captures panoramic sea views. This space connects to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, creating a central gathering point for guests.
